For wine or champagne glasses, corkscrews, ice or wine buckets, please call the front desk. CD and DVD players are available, we ask for a $5 cash donation for the rental of DVD movies which we donate to charity.</p><h4>Cancellation</h4><p>We have a 72 hour (3 day) cancellation policy for individual bookings. Heartwood Inn &amp; Spa reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for all room charges including spa bookings on rooms where insufficient notice was given. Theatre tickets are non-refundable.</p><h4>Group Bookings</h4><p>Reservations of three or more rooms are considered a 'group' and require a non-refundable deposit.</p><h4>Children</h4><p>Children are welcome in some of our rooms. Please see the room listings for details.</p><h4>Pets</h4><p>The Heartwood is pet friendly and has a limited number of rooms that accommodate pets. Please let us know if you are planning to bring a pet. Pets stay for $25 per day. Guests with pets are responsible for any extra cleaning & any damage caused by their pet. Sorry pets may not be left unattended in the room. A $200 cleaning deposit maybe be charged. Pets must be in carriers while in rooms. Vaccinations and vet records should accompany animals and they MUST be flea free.</p><h4>Smoking</h4><p>Smoking is not allowed in any building on the property. Outdoor ashtrays are located near exits. Our staff are instructed to report smoking violations immediately. A $250 cleaning surcharge will be added if smoking is suspected in rooms.</p></div>"
