Reservations

Reservations are recommended, especially during high season.

Please use our online reservation system at worldweb.com. If you are unable to reserve online, please contact us by telephone, fax or e-mail.

A credit card is required to secure your reservation.

Children

Children are welcome in some of our rooms. Please see the room listings for details.

Pets

We are a pet friendly hotel. We require advanced reservations for pets. Cats and small dogs $25 per day with $200 refundable deposit on inspection prior to checkout. Larger or multiple dogs may be charged a higher daily rate and a higher deposit. Please inquire prior to booking. Pet carriers are required in rooms. Rooms with unregistered pets will be charged $250 for extra cleaning.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in any building on the property. Outdoor ashtrays are located near exits. Our staff are instructed to report smoking immediately. A $250 cleaning surcharge will be added if smoking is suspected in rooms.

Courtesy Items

We are in the business of romance. For wine or champagne glasses, corkscrews, ice or wine buckets, please call the front desk. CD and DVD players are available, we ask for a $5 cash donation for the rental of DVD movies which we donate to charity.

Cancellation

We have a 72 hour cancellation policy for individual bookings. Reservations cancelled less than 72 hours in advance will be charged to the credit card on file, including spa services. Theatre tickets are non-refundable.

Group Bookings

Reservations of three or more rooms are considered a ‘group’ and require a non-refundable deposit.

CAA / AAA Discount

CAA / AAA members always receive a discount of at least 10%. Watch for the special rates when you reserve your room.
